Abstract

Ethics is present in every activity the health professional develops in society. The ethical dilemma are part of complex - multidimensional interactions between physicians, health team, students, patients, community and the health care system. In the last decade, ethics has been incorporated to the medical education curricula, after defining consensus about its importance, along with scientific, technical and humanistic contents. The purpose of this article is to reflect the dimensions and dilemma faced in teaching ethics in health care careers and its integration in pediatrics studies.
